Do I need a design before you can build?+
Yes - every Build project starts from an Audit or Rebuild. We don't build from scratch without a solid Figma foundation. This is what ensures the final result is pixel-perfect.
What Shopify plan do I need?+
We work with all Shopify plans. For more complex builds, Shopify Plus gives us more flexibility with checkout customisation.
Do you work with existing themes?+
Yes. We can build within your existing theme or create a new theme section from scratch. We'll advise on the best approach during the kick-off call.
How long does a build take?+
Timeline is project-dependent - typically 2–6 weeks depending on scope. We'll confirm a timeline after the kick-off call.
What access do you need?+
We'll need Collaborator access to your Shopify store. We'll guide you through how to set this up.
What if something breaks after launch?+
We include a 14-day bug-fix window after launch at no extra cost. Anything beyond that scope can be quoted as a separate support retainer.
