A Full Redesign takes the findings from a UX Audit and turns them into high-fidelity Figma designs for each page. You get production-ready designs you can hand to any developer, or we can build them for you through our Build & Launch service.

Build & Launch is our end-to-end service: we audit, design, and build your new Shopify store from scratch. Pricing is scoped to your project. It's the only service that includes development - all others deliver design and recommendations only.

The Free Review is a no-commitment, 2-business-day review of one page of your store. We'll identify the most critical UX issues visible to us without a full audit. It's a great way to see how we work before committing to a paid engagement.

Our audit and design work applies to any ecommerce platform - WooCommerce, Webflow, custom builds. The Build & Launch service is Shopify-specific, as that's where Limely's development expertise lies.

Yes. We work with Shopify brands globally. All our services are designed to be remote-friendly, so timezone differences aren't an issue. Pricing is in GBP but we're used to working with international clients.

After purchasing, you'll receive an onboarding form asking for store access details and any context about your goals. Our team reviews your store, prepares the deliverables, and delivers within the stated turnaround. Everything happens remotely - no calls unless you want one.

No. All our services are designed to work without back-and-forth. You fill in the onboarding form, we do the work, and you receive the deliverables. If we have questions we'll contact you by email.

We'll ask for collaborator access to your Shopify admin (view-only is fine for audits) via the onboarding form. We don't need payment details or any sensitive account information.

The UX Audit is delivered as a detailed PDF or Notion document with annotated screenshots, prioritised recommendations, and implementation notes. Full Redesign deliverables are Figma files. Build & Launch delivers a live Shopify store.

Yes. We include a review period after delivery where you can ask questions about the recommendations. If you want ongoing support, we can discuss a retainer arrangement.

The price covers a full review of your homepage, collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout. You'll receive a prioritised recommendations report, annotated screenshots, and implementation guidance. No hidden extras.

Yes. We subtract the full cost of your Audit from any subsequent Redesign engagement. It's designed to be a natural progression - audit first to identify what needs fixing, then redesign to fix it properly.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge for revisions within scope, questions during the review period, or standard delivery formats.

We're not able to guarantee specific numbers, but the changes we recommend are grounded in conversion research and our experience across dozens of Shopify stores.

Some quick wins - like repositioning trust signals or improving CTA copy - can be live within days and show measurable impact within a couple of weeks. Larger design changes take longer to implement and for traffic to validate.
