Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Uxitt website (uxitt.com) and the purchase of any services offered through it.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Uxitt offers fixed-price, productised UX services for Shopify and ecommerce brands, including:

• UX Audit — a systematic review of your Shopify store with annotated report, Figma redesigns, and Loom walkthrough.
• Full Redesign — a complete page redesign delivered as dev-ready Figma files.
• Build & Launch — Shopify implementation of approved designs.
• Free UX Review — a no-obligation review of one page of your store.

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

All orders are placed and paid for online. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise payment for the full amount shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Estimated turnaround times are stated on each product page and begin from the point we receive your completed brief (store URL, page URLs, and project context).

If you choose to submit your brief later, the turnaround clock starts from when your brief is received, not from the date of payment.

Timelines are estimates. We will communicate proactively if there are any delays.

To allow us to deliver the service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your brief.
• Give us access to any assets, accounts, or materials reasonably required to complete the work.
• Respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays caused by failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines.

Revision rounds are included as described on each product page. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work. We will always flag this before proceeding.

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us at hello@uxitt.com as soon as possible.

Where work has not yet started, we will consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your project (Figma files, reports, etc.). We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

All content on the Uxitt website — including copy, design, and code — remains the intellectual property of Uxitt and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uxitt's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or profits, resulting from the use of our deliverables.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be available at uxitt.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
