Can I choose white label or co-branded on a per-project basis?
Yes. Branding preference is set per audit brief, not locked to your account. Some agencies white label for long-standing clients and co-brand for new ones.
How does the referral commission work exactly?
You share a unique referral link or discount code. When a client places an order through it, you earn your tier commission on the confirmed sale. We pay monthly by bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I do both resell and referral?
Yes. Some agencies resell for clients they manage directly and refer for clients they want us to handle. Both modes are supported on one account, with the same tier discount and commission applying.
What information do I need to submit to start an audit for a client?
On approval you'll receive a brief template. It covers: store URL, pages to audit, brand context, and any known friction points. Takes around 10 minutes to fill in.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. You're not committed to any minimum volume. Tiers are calculated over a rolling 12-month window, so as your volume grows your discount tier upgrades automatically.
What does "priority turnaround" mean in practice?
Growth and Scale agencies' briefs are queued ahead of standard orders. Focused audits are completed in 3 business days, Full audits in 7. Standard turnaround is 5 and 10 days respectively.
