Choosing the right audit.

Which audit should I choose?+
If you have one specific page that is underperforming, start with the Focused Audit. If you want a complete picture of your store across all key pages, the Full Audit is the right call.
Can I upgrade from Focused to Full later?+
Yes. Order the Full Audit within 60 days and we subtract the full cost of your Focused Audit from the price.
What does "key pages" mean for the Full Audit?+
Typically homepage, collection page, product detail page, and cart or checkout. You tell us your priorities in the onboarding form and we work from there.
Do I need a developer to action the findings?+
No. All Figma files are dev-ready with specs. You can hand them to any developer, or use our Build service to implement everything directly.
How long does it take?+
The Focused Audit is delivered within 7 days. The Full Audit is delivered within 7-14 days. Both timelines start from completed onboarding.
Do you audit platforms other than Shopify?+
Yes. Our audits apply to any ecommerce platform. Figma files and findings are platform-agnostic.
